Top 10 Films of 2008

Since it is unlikely I will see any more Oscar-worthy pics before the Oscars I present here my grand Top 10 Films of 2008 (with many notable exceptions).

1. WALL-E
2. Doubt
3. Rachel Getting Married
4. The Dark Knight
5. Slumdog Millionaire
6. Milk
7. Frost/Nixon
8. Iron Man
9. The Fall
10. Speed Racer

A few of these will likely make the list once I catch them on DVD: Synedoche, New York; The Wrestler; The Curious Case of Benjamin Button; Paranoid Park (maybe Revolutionary Road and The Reader too; sorry Kate)

In retrospect, 2007 was a stronger year.
