The Office steals Arrested Development joke

So in the season premiere, Michael implies that Meredith is dead but then shortly says that she is OK. Stanley then responds, What is wrong with you? Sound familiar? Maybe when Dr. Wordsmith implied that George Sr., Tobias and Michael are dead or going to die and the Bluths respond in a similar fashion. I am pretty sure this show has stolen some other jokes.
